Dare to Believe

When a thirteen-year-old boy declares war on the most powerful drug lord in the city, the fallout could cost both sides everything they care about. Declaring war on the man responsible, JT returns to his life as an informant and swears to get his revenge by destroying Terrence Maxwell's entire empire.
