You are cordially invited to a wedding, a luxury destination wedding at a historic plantation estate in Georgia. Please join us for this four-day event with exquisitely planned menus, a live band, and more in a beautiful bucolic setting in the Blue Ridge Mountains at Southern Oak Plantation. Michael and Sarah expect a fun, romantic getaway at a friend's wedding. Not members of the bridal party, they look forward to enjoying the festivities without any of the stress that can arise at these events. Unfortunately, there is trouble in paradise. The groom is causing costs to rise, the maid of honor is not up to the job, and the bride has a tendency to lay all her troubles at Sarah's feet. Michael finds himself with more time on his hands than he expected. Before long he begins to interact with folks who definitely don't appear on the guest list as he discovers abilities he didn't know he had. His getaway takes him down an unwanted path into the past as he begins to experience unusual visions that threaten to awaken ghosts that guard the secret of a family scandal.
