Non saprei individuare un difetto in questo libro: la trama è molto bizzarra e al contempo acutamente organizzata, il modo di scrivere può sembrare a tratti ostico da digerire (soprattutto nei primi capitoli dal punto di vista del protagonista maschile), ma continuando a leggere la storia si può facilmente comprendere che è una scelta artistica mirata a far comprendere meglio lo stato emotivo e psicologico dei personaggi. Non la definirei propriamente una romcom in quanto vengono trattati argomenti anche abbastanza "pesanti": la violenza psicologica, i tempi della giurisdizione infinitamente lunghi (per non parlare delle sentenze mal attribuite), della malattia e delle opportunità sprecate per colpa di traumi e dei pregiudizi, per citarne alcuni.
È un libro capace di far ridere e, al contempo, di far provare al lettore le emozioni più contrastanti possibili.
In conclusione, il mio consiglio spassionato è di correre a leggerlo (prima che esca la serie tv)!
