This is not a religious book. This book is about how to develop a deeper relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ though study, prayer and devotionals. Many believers today have no relationship with their faith and they feel defeated, hopeless, and despair. A Christian life is not a life full of emotional highs and lows but it is a life focused on discipleship and commitment to building the kingdom of God. As a minster of the gospel and a license social worker I am surprised at how little faith people have today. And how many call themselves Christians but they spill so much hatred, bigotry, malice toward their fellow man, and they are so self-righteous that they do not respect the views and faith of others. Jesus did not come to dominate the world but he drew the masses with the doctrine of love, faith and hope. This book goes to the core of the believer problems, which are ignorance to the word of God and silencing the nemesis of the soul, which is self-pride. Traditional religions have weaken the message of the gospel and charismatic televangelist have created a God on money, material, pride and self-gratification. They have fattened their bank accounts with the doctrines of mammon and they have no shame in their game. This book is for the serious devoted believer in Jesus Christ.
