Untold Feelings

Untold Feelings is a vulnerable poetry collection, holding 25 poems that give voice to emotions locked away in silence. The poem's themes are unexpressed love and words left unsaid, where feelings bloom in the garden of the heart but never reach the lips, living forever in the realm of what could have been spoken. It's haunting and feels so raw to write love, a love which is so silent, grey and silver, with unspoken words of the beloved, and trembling courage of the lover, where hesitation lies, where love is often showcased as in poetry, as I write. Maybe not all the time, love finds its voice? Maybe sometimes, it sounds better to show love that stays hidden? Unspoken yet Alive? Maybe aching too? They say that when silence is written beautifully, it speaks louder than words. And if my words give voice to the reader's unspoken heart, that is the greatest gift an author can receive. Maybe sometimes, feelings are written in a way that turns into a confession itself? A confession, a silent confession, where readers recognize their own unsaid words and, deep inside, they feel understood in their silence, which has validated their emotions. Maybe that's what untold emotion is? In this Poem Collection, Untold Feelings, I have tried to explore the silent emotions, which may speak to the reader's hidden heart.
