Wizard and Majestic

Denis and Austin, two ambitious but crooked businessmen, are married to the powerful and sharp-minded sisters Margaret and Dorothy. Tired of living in their wives' shadows, they secretly hatch a plan to steal money from them — and to pull it off without leaving a trace. Their scheme is simple on paper: hire a private detective to dig up the sisters' confidential business plans, then use that insider information to rob them through fake deals and forged inheritances. To keep their hands clean, Denis and Austin pass the job down the chain — to their trusted associate, Ollie, a self-proclaimed criminal mastermind who believes he can manage everything perfectly. Ollie, in turn, hires two small-time crooks — Kareem, nicknamed The Wizard, and Sonny, known as The Majestic — to do the legwork. Kareem is told to pose as an heir to one of the sisters' estates, while Sonny is assigned to infiltrate the other sister's company as a financial adviser. All they have to do is follow instructions, deliver the paperwork from the detective, and stick to the plan. But the universe has other ideas. When Kareem goes to collect the documents at a hotel, he trips over an old lady's walking stick in the lounge, slams his head on a table, and blacks out. His two briefcases burst open, scattering documents everywhere. The kind old lady, trying to help, carefully gathers the papers — but accidentally switches the photos and files of the two sisters before closing the cases again. When Kareem wakes up, dazed but eager to prove himself, he sees both cases neatly closed and suspects nothing. From that moment on, every instruction, every identity, and every business target in the plan becomes disastrously mixed. The detective unknowingly adds the wrong business files to the wrong cases. Ollie, relying on those files, gives Kareem and Sonny reversed missions. Kareem begins impersonating the heir to Dorothy's company — except it's really Margaret's. Sonny becomes the financial adviser for Margaret's firm — except he's using Dorothy's data. And somehow, both manage to succeed — just in all the wrong places.
