Billy Warren knows fifth grade is going to be great. His teacher is wonderful, and his classmates are growing up fast, just like him. But when his teacher asks Billy to befriend Todd Jones, a new kid in town, Billy's dream of a perfect school year quickly transforms into a nightmare.
