This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 19th EUNICE/IFIP WG 6.2, 6.6 workshop on Advances in Communication Networking, EUNICE 2013, held in Chemnitz, Germany, in August 2013. The 23 oral papers demonstrated together with 9 poster presentations were carefully reviewed and selected from 40 submissions.
