This book constitutes the refereed post-conference proceedings of the 7th International Conference on Advancement of Science and Technology, ICAST 2019, which took place in Bahir Dar, Ethiopia, in August 2019. The 76 revised full papers were carefully reviewed and selected from more than 150 submissions.
