Disagreeing (confrontational vs avoidance), 8. Scheduling (linear vs flexible time). It's only when one starts to identify these cultural differences, one can begin to open a dialogue of sharing, learning and understanding. It can be challenging, but necessary to understand our counterparts and act in the best way for the sake of business (as well as human) successful relationships.
