No school like the old school! Practical jokes and some hazing in the firehouse really did happen in the old days. Naked, prop and physical humor were all part of the game! Shocking and hilarious firefighter humor with pictures! The typical firefighter spends 24 hours per shift at the firehouse. A lot of those hours are spent being a serious firefighter and responding to calls, etc...,but do you ever wonder what happens during the remaining hours? You are in luck! I have spent the last 25 years living the dream and jotting down notes of what happened every step of the way. This book is a raw compilation of the events that have occurred on the job during the course of my employment, with a few grapevine stories. I describe these stories based on the chicken scratch journaling I have been jotting down over the years, so they must be true. On the other hand, after seriously putting these down on paper, some of them sound so outrageous. I sometimes wonder if it was all just a dream. I'll let you be the judge of that! Either way, this is a light-hearted retelling of funny things that happened while I was on the job. The stories help explain what happens when you put a big group of men together, under one roof, for 24 hours at a time. I don't want to give anything away, but I will just say that I have worked with some of the most hilariously creative men on the planet that made a very serious and grueling job bearable with their pranks and antics. This book is a way to say thanks to all the firefighters I have worked with over the years. Thank you for all the experiences, stories and hilarious days I spent working with you. Lastly, This was from the old days. None of these things happen anymore. Times have changed and this behavior has not been tolerated for a long time. The new generation of firefighters would not put up with these things.
