As Reality heals, the fact that the universe died and was reborn slowly fades from the minds of most people. Memories realign to the truth that this is the world that has always existed and that the death and destruction that came before is just a dream that few remember. This new pattern of reality is not yet set, however, and is open to tampering and manipulation. Ancient gods, demonic powers, and new cults all seek to shape Reality to suit their own ends.
