Practical Party Walls

There are many books available which provide commentary and opinion on the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and how it should be administered. This is not one of them. The purpose of this book is not to add to the wealth of opinion already expressed on the 1996 Act, but to provide a quick and easy-to-use resources for party wall surveyors and other professionals. It contains the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 annotated with relevant case law, summaries of the facts and decisions in those cases, practical precedents, a destination table showing the origin of each provision as well as extracts from the historic London Building Acts 1774 - 1939.
