Preventing Adolescent Depression: Interpersonal Psychotherapy-Adolescent Skills Training

Interpersonal Psychotherapy-Adolescent Skills Training (IPT-AST) is a program that teaches communication and interpersonal problem-solving skills to improve relationships and prevent the development of depression in adolescents.
