Prototype Design for a Time Machine

This short technical ebook describes a prototype design for a Time Machine described in previous and associated papers by the author. This design is based on the fundamental properties of a blinking-discrete universe. Laboratory-scale testing and mockups will be needed prior to testing or deployment of a full-scale manned machine. The math derivation to support the design can be found in "Time Travel: An Approximate Mathematical Solution."
