When planet Earth is nearing the end of its lifetime, the human race is forced to look to the stars for a new home. A suitable planet is found after much searching and a collection of Earth's finest are relocated. They are to continue the research and preparations for the arrival of the rest of mankind. But not all humans believe that relocation is the best idea. After Gee Goshle befriends a young male native of the new planet and begins to fall in love with him, she is kidnapped and forced to return to our solar system. An old acquaintance of Gee's expects her to live out the rest of her life with him on a small planet-sized space station, built by a radical group of humans. Can Gee escape and return to Teeria with the help of her new alien lover?
