About the Author Alina Maiboga is a psychologist, author, and interpreter based in Scotland. She holds a Master's degree in Medical Psychology and is passionate about making psychology accessible to everyone. Her work focuses on emotional wellbeing, self-discovery, and helping people better understand themselves. She is also the author of Discover the Psychologist in Yourself.
