The White Road

Four months after the crisis at Aster Gate, the unanswered problem lies upstream. A joint technical convoy is heading through the White Interior toward Kestrel Station, carrying the engineers, evidence, filtration equipment and repair stock needed to discover why communities along the Meridian Line have been receiving less water than the system should deliver. Old stations reveal years of deliberate restrictions.
