Workshop for Projects Management

This book is intended to provide details and guidance on the Projects Management Workshop. The initiation of this document is based on requests for an objective tutorial and workshop for the Project Management community. A workshop package, which will serve as a helpful method for learning, practising and where possible interfacing with other courses. The contents are intended to be used as a manual for the preparation of workshops for Programme/Project Managers. It can also be used as a document for other training packages and as a reference.
