Nell'aprile del 1966, la rivista americana Time pubblicò un articolo in prima pagina, intitolato "You Can Walk Across It On The Grass", che proclamava Londra come la città più swinging del mondo e leader della cultura pop contemporanea. L'idea della Swinging London - una collisione tra le mode più audaci, gli attori/modelli più cool e la musica pop - fermentava già da un anno o due, ma l'articolo del Time l'ha trasformata da segreto locale ben custodito a fenomeno di fama internazionale. In quattro ore e tre CD, "You Can Walk Across It On The Grass: The Boutique Sounds of Swinging London" documenta una scena che, a distanza di 60 anni, è ancora presente nell'immaginario collettivo. Con un libretto di 48 pagine che contiene alcune favolose immagini della Swinging London, "You Can Walk Across It On The Grass" è una capsula del tempo che induce la nostalgia dell'epoca originale della Cool Brittania.
