Alison Carr's play premiered at Live Theatre, Newcastle upon Tyne, and the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough, in 2026, directed by Maria Crocker. This volume also includes a short one-person play, The Soaking of Vera Shrimp, which premiered at Live Theatre in 2014 and was subsequently performed at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
