This book constitutes the proceedings of the 41st International Conference on Application and Theory of Petri Nets and Concurrency, PETRI NETS 2020, which was supposed to be held in Paris, France, in June 2020. The conference was held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The 17 regular and 6 tool papers presented together in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 56 submissions.
