Blake's 7: Scorpio Attack

Steven Pacey and Glynis Barber read this exciting novelisation of three adventures from the fourth – and final – Blake’s 7 TV series. In Rescue, events on the planet Terminal have left Avon’s crew depleted, battle-weary and stranded. When they’re picked up by salvage operator Dorian, in his battered spaceship Scorpio, their fortunes appear to have changed. However, their rescuer holds a closely guarded secret... In Traitor, the new crew of Scorpio continues its crusade against the Federation. Tarrant and Dayna are dispatched to Helotrix to learn about the enemy’s new pacifying drug, Pylene 50. Unbeknownst to them, familiar figure is working in the shadows – and she goes under the name of Commissioner Sleer. In Stardrive, Avon becomes determined to acquire the newly invented Photonic Drive to boost Scorpio’s potential. The search for its inventor, Dr Plaxton, takes them to the planet Caspar, where they must first confront the violent Space Rats. Once again, it seems that Avon will stop at nothing to achieve his aims. Steven Pacey (Tarrant) and Glynis Barber (Soolin) read Trevor Hoyle’s novelisation, available as an audiobook for the very first time.
