The Book That Found Its Reader

Some books are unpopular. Some are forgotten. Some are never given the chance to be found. Twelve-year-old Corin discovers that his school library's algorithm is quietly deciding which stories deserve to survive. Books with low engagement disappear. Old community records are buried. Challenged stories are hidden. Unprofitable voices are pushed so far down the system that readers may never know they existed. Then Corin finds the Continuum. Inside this impossible digital library, forgotten stories become living worlds, and deletion means something far more permanent than removing a file. With the help of other students, a determined librarian, the Archivist, and an AI called the Chronicler, Corin begins forcing the system to recognize a new rule: If a human chooses a story, that choice matters. The Book That Found Its Reader is a speculative adventure about artificial intelligence, censorship, digital memory, libraries, and what happens when young readers refuse to let an algorithm decide what deserves to be remembered. The story ultimately grows from one reader challenging deletion into a broader movement involving schools, libraries, platforms, communities, and national policy.
