This eponymous debut album brought L.A.'s Bulletboys from the Hollywood club strip to the world's Hard Tock spotlight. Platinum-selling BulletBoys were formed in 1986 by former King Kobra members Marq Torien (also formerly of Ratt) on vocals, Mick Sweda on guitar and Lonnie Vincent on bass added with drummer Jimmy D'Anda. Musically this band do the 80's Hair Metal thing and everything fits the sign of that time except there is a certain X factor to some of the arrangements which make this a pleasant highway album. Marq Torien sings with so much power and a bunch of high register in every song, it leaves you to wonder how does this guy still have a voice? It's not just Hair-Metal, it's Sunset Strip Rock, that's fun, loud and horny Heavy Metal!
