Business magnate Michael Brookes and his fiance Lindsey wake up to find their four-year-old son Jacob is missing. A mobile phone has been left on the bed in his place. A single text message on it reads: "If you ever want to see Jacob again - answer this phone when it rings and DO NOT call the Police. Yours Sincerely, The Craftsman." Who is The Craftsman? And what does he want? If they can't turn to the police, who can they turn to for help? Tom Crane is a fixer. He helps people in need, but only if he deems their cause is worthy and just.
