Dark Fall

A commercial passenger plane crashes in Nigeria, leaving 113 passengers and crew dead. As a nation is plunged into grief, acclaimed investigative psychologist Philip Taiwo is summoned to a clandestine meeting with the Minister of Aviation. The tragedy is deeply personal for the Minister: his nephew was married to the plane's captain – the airline's very first female pilot. With the airline poised to publicly accuse the captain of deliberately crashing the flight, the Minister begs Philip to launch an investigation. Philip must uncover the truth of what happened in that cockpit. But will his findings clear the pilot's name – or prove she committed mass murder? As Philip dives into the wreckage, he is caught in a web of political corruption, corporate greed and deadly secrets. He soon realises that those in power will do anything to keep the truth buried – and that the death toll is only set to rise. The sensational third novel in Femi Kayode's Philip Taiwo series – following the critically acclaimed Lightseekers and Gaslight – is a masterclass in international crime.
