A Gig Too Far

It is the mid nineties and career girl Susan has it all - a stressful job, a mortgage she cannot afford and a boss who hates her. Into her life comes an American rock star of failing popularity and Susan is swept away by his charms. When she recovers her senses she finds that she has neglected her work and been undermined by a colleague. Forced to accompany her ex on a tour of Eastern Europe, she contrives to take revenge on him and make a bit of cash along the way. But fate has other plans and Susan finds herself involved with a series of shady characters. She and the band wreak a trail of minor havoc through foreign lands, with Interpol and villains in hot pursuit.
