I Hungry summarizes my lifelong journey of struggles, revelations, and wins in restoring balance and harmony in my health. Included are gluten and dairy free recipes to prepare with or without your children. I am proud of my health and how I look and feel. I am sure you want the same since you are reading this. Taking care of my family and myself involves effort and planning, which I lay out in this book. Evolving to be my healthiest self has led me to inspire and educate others along their journey to wellness. Parents always ask me, "Ruth, how do you do it? Make it easy for me.
