If I Kill Myself Tomorrow

My hope is for readers to somehow resonate with what I'm about to write, and find some comfort in knowing…that we are not alone. If I kill myself tomorrow... Have this thought ever crossed your mind? If you suffer from depression or some very difficult situation it's possible that you thought about this. Maybe you went through things in your life you simply can't deal with anymore. Just saying I am done now, and I don't need this anymore. "I can just end it whenever I like." You are stuck in a corner and don't know how to get out. I think at this stage you need to sit down and decide what is really important to you. I'm not going to give you a magic wand and tell you what to do, but I can try to somehow relate to your problems with my own experience. I don't believe in quick fixes but what I've learned so far… Your feelings (deep inside) will be yours to manage. Ask yourself these questions: Is it really hard to manage your feelings, your current situation or problem? What do you need to do in order to feel better? What can you really do to improve your feelings or life in general? Before answering any questions let me tell you what I do first. I do something that you were taught not to do.
