Leadership for Pharmacists: Moving Towards Strategic Roles in the Pharmaceutical Industry

This book provides a toolkit of leadership skills for pharmacists wishing to take more strategic roles within the pharmaceutical industry, outlining a range of ten competencies through which their existing technical knowledge can be elevated to offer managerial as well as pharmaceutical expertise.
