Remi Cruz Parsons, social media star behind the multi-platform Cooking with Remi, shares her first cookbook, filled with flavorful and accessible recipes for having fun in the kitchen no matter your skill level. Growing up in a Korean American household in Southern California, Remi’s earliest memories were steeped in the flavors and creativity of her mother’s cooking.
