Pawan Bhatia's Life 07: Seeing Life with New Eyes argues that technology alone cannot secure humanity's future. We need a new way of seeing that unites philosophy, spirituality, religion, mythology, and science. The "07" stands for seven dimensions of human existence: Self, Mind, Spirit, Community, Nature, Knowledge, and Wisdom. Part IV considers community: belonging, loneliness, friendship, family, hospitality, dialogue, ethics, the common good, justice, and AI's ethical challenges. Part V situates humans in the web of life, addressing ecology, indigenous wisdom, animals, ecological crisis, death, grief, rebirth, and technology's promise to conquer death. Part VI asks what we can know, surveying epistemology, science, other ways of knowing, limits, self-deception, and AI's epistemic risks, then traces the hierarchy from data to information, knowledge, insight, and wisdom. Part VII asks how shall I live, exploring the examined life, virtues, the good life, vocation, love, suffering, resilience, and wise living amid AI. It gathers the seven dimensions into an integrated vision, offering a personal inventory, spiral journey, and closing meditation. The conclusion renews the invitation: see life with new eyes and become wise enough to use powerful technologies well. Appendices provide a summary, practices, reading list, discussion questions, a manifesto, a fourteen-week study guide, and a glossary. Life 07 is both a philosophical and practical guide for individuals, study circles, and classrooms seeking meaning, connection, and wisdom in the age of AI.
