A Lost Light

I refuse to be the gung-ho little superhero my sister wants me to be. I'm not dragging the people I love into her war. But the war-mongering witch supremacists and the power-hungry Supernatural Alliance need to be stopped. So, I agreed to help her steal a couple of magical artifacts. The problem is, one of those artifacts is in the Angelic realm, guarded by a bunch of pompous, lying jerks who can definitely kick my ass. I'm pretty sure I'm not going to be able to just talk them into letting me borrow their deadly magical artifact. Again. But fighting angels and stealing relics is the least of my worries. I've got a found families of crazies to take care of and ill-advised dark magic to work. Plus, it turns out, it's a lot harder than I expected to stay neutral while the world falls apart. My stupid insistence on saving innocents might just bite me in the ass.
