"Boom." The word was the barest whisper, and if it hadn't been for Giorgio's hound, he never would've heard it. Hellhound Giorgio was the first to admit that the warehouse he and his colleague had been sent to looked like something found in a horror movie set. Remote, looking deserted, it was easy to think there would be nothing to find inside but rats. Unfortunately, his assessment was deeply flawed and what was worse, he found a living survivor under a pile of dead bodies. A man who would prove to be his fated mate. "How did you and your friend end up in that warehouse last night? I doubt you got a message from the Fates saying, 'get there quick or you'll lose your chance for a mate until they get reborn again'." As if Enda and Giorgio's life wasn't already complicated enough, the gods decided to get involved. The issue had a lot to do with Enda's past, but the problem with that was there was so much he didn't know. When the plan is put in place to flush out the person who wanted Enda dead, that should've worked... but did I mention godly interference? Magical Beast is an MM Paranormal Fated Mates story. While it is part of a series it can be read as a standalone. HEA is guaranteed, but the characters really had to work for this one.
