Management Nature

Abstract Management Nature For many years, with thousands of books, courses, and certificates speaking and discussing management subjects, there is STILL a missing part of the story. Initially, when you want to understand one of these subjects you start to look for a matching course to join, a book to read, or in the advanced level looking to be certified in this or that subject, and at the end, you have mastered the subject, then another subject with the same cycle. At the end you will be able to say 'I can practice this subject or these two subjects out of the management subjects'. Can you say 'I can practice Management' is there such a sentence? That draws a couple of questions, where and when management started? How was management taught in the early times? Is there something called management core? If it exists, Can we reach that core? Is there another management nature that we have missed over time? To answer these questions, this book takes us on an exploratory journey through history to discover the 'True Unspoken' history of management, and shows us that 'the Nature of Management has been Deliberately Hidden'. The scope of the book is to draw a main line, 'Different understanding of the subject, can change how the subject is applied'. When we understand the 'Management Nature' in the correct way, we will be able to figure out solutions for issues the world has considered as 'Unresolvable'. The Book is not concerned with the theoretical part only, in the project section we introduced a practice of a multi-phase project, which in the last phase can be applied on a multi-country level. Finally, the message from this book, 'Management had a different Nature than what we used to use, therefore has a different apply and the results will be much different than what we are achieving now'.
