Me and My Bully is the journey of an individuals fight to gain control and autonomy over their ADHD, OCD and Self-harm; conditions which so frequently resulted in feelings of despair, helplessness and the belief that suicide was the only solution. Experience Gemma's journey as she shows you the 'mountains' she climbed and 'storms' she survived simply to realise that searching for a solution was not the answer, what she should have been searching for were strategies.
