In the aftermath of the vault, the Harmonic Council of Ka'Meyra is collapsing. As the city struggles to redefine its relationship with the resonance that sustains it, a radical splinter group armed with stolen Builder technology prepares to trigger a catastrophic shutdown of the city's central control core.
