Northshine

A missing sister, an unbreakable curse, and a secret history waiting to be told... Almost two decades ago, fifteen-year-old Tana Harkness disappeared under the eerie glow of the Northern Lights, leaving behind three sisters and more questions than answers. Now, eighteen years later, Tana's sister Mira moves to Nantucket to care for their mother while still grieving the loss of her sister. She wants to move on, but when a new romance blossoms with a man who remembers her family, she finds herself caught between the past and the future. As Mira begins to revisit the events surrounding Tana's disappearance, she and her sisters are determined to find out what happened to Tana that fateful night. Was she drawn into the Arctic wilderness by the mysterious Northshine? Or was her fate was somehow tied to the curse their mother believes haunts the women in their family, stretching back to Brigid, an ancestor accused of witchcraft centuries earlier? As old secrets surface, Mira must confront her family's legacy before another Harkness woman is lost to the Northshine. Transporting and filled with romance and intrigue, Northshine is an unforgettable story of loss, sisterhood, and the relentless pull, like the tides, of what we try to leave behind.
