The book will encourage you to try new things to brighten your days. I tell the funny stories of my childhood so you can get an idea of who I was and tell you why I needed to change. Bipolar was the worst thing that ever happened to me but it was the best too because I needed to change. By searching for answers and help I met other people that help people and they helped me through some hard times, but it came down to the work I did for myself putting into practice the things I learnt. The book is my journey with bipolar for people in the same situation who want help this is my way of reaching out to them. Have you ever listened to someone tell you what you needed to hear, As you read you will realize that I only have your best interest at heart, I have done all the things in this book, put them all into practice and they all worked very well for me, because I was in a cycle of depression It kept returning but when I met the aboriginal healer he gave me a tool to help that SENT away the depression. because I USED his method. which I am sharing with you in my book. I try to get you to understand how import you really are in this world.
