I Darkness celebrano il ventesimo anniversario del loro secondo album ""One Way Ticket to Hell...and Back"", con un cofanetto di 4 CD contenente l'album originale, b-side, remix, singoli e un live inedito al NEC di Birmingham, rimasterizzato da Dan Hawkins. L'album originale sarà disponibile anche in vinile color fuoco e in CD singolo.
Pubblicato originariamente nel novembre 2005, l'album è il seguito del debutto multi-platino della band ""Permission To Land"" (2003), che ha catapultato la band a livelli stratigrafici, riportando allo stesso tempo il rock nella coscienza del grande pubblico.
Dopo un tour incessante sin dall'uscita del loro album di debutto, ""One Way Ticket to Hell...and Back"" è stato uno degli album più attesi del 2005. Scritto da Justin e Dan Hawkins, è stato prodotto da Roy Thomas Baker (Queen, The Rolling Stones, David Bowie) ed è stato ben accolto: Alternative Press gli assegnarono un 5/5, Q magazine e The Guardian gli diedero entrambi un 4/5, con il primo che lo aveva anche incluso nella sua lista degli album di quell'anno. Dopo l'uscita, l'album ha scalato le classifiche in Europa e oltre ed è stato certificato disco d'oro solo nel Regno Unito.
