Neural-pathways are elongated brain neurons that connect one side of the nervous system with the other. They are created basically when we perform a task. As we replicate the movement, the neural pathway gets stronger. For the first time, we do a job with our conscious mind (present thought mind), and then, when we repeat, it goes into our subconscious mind (auto-pilot mind). The action is familiar, and the subconscious mind takes over and acts on auto-pilot. The subconscious mind is where they store our habits. These arise because of a lack of knowledge, others because of weak role models, or shifts in perceptions. Recognizing them early is the key so you can take the appropriate action.
