The Prime Minister's Son

A father and his son; an apparent simple clash of wills but this conflict in 'The Prime Minister’s Son' is between the Prime Minister John McVey and his son Marcus. The father is autocratic and bullying in politics as he is towards his son but Marcus will go to any lengths to spite his father. With the economy failing, the Prime Minister struggles to hold onto power but forming against him is a new kind of political movement; an ideal to replace the old party system with free thinking, independent Members who answer to no one but their conscience. The PM’s son joins the fray at the Movement’s conference by making a damning speech against his father. The PM employs the Special Forces to thwart his son but they uncover more than he expected and the story spirals down with drugs, money laundering and finally murder
