Progress

Are you the person you wanted to be when you grew up? Brett Kelly, founder of Kelly+Partners accounting firm and a passionate advocate for lifelong learning, believes that much of the tension in life comes from the gap between who we are and who we know we could be. With Progress, he has distilled the lessons of his years of running a successful multinational business and his constant quest to understand life into one unique model: his Progress Pyramid. Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, the pyramid illustrates the steps that are essential for success in business, as in life, from the foundational bottom (Mission, Values, and Vision) to the top (Succession). To help you move through the steps, Progress details seventy-five core principles that correspond with the levels of the pyramid. These principles guide you to: • Find your energy jet stream • Value what you can do for others • Aggressively curate who you spend time with • Have a twenty-five-year plan • Remove the “wah wah wah” • Follow one dollar through your business And much more! Let Brett’s compiled learning help you on your own journey to be the best version of yourself in business and in life—which is the path to unlimited success.
