Redemption

He fell from Heaven. She was never supposed to tempt him. Falling for her could cost him his redemption. Nora likes her life uncomplicated. Family, friends, a comfortable routine, and one thoroughly ornery cat are all she needs. She's certainly not looking for danger, destiny, or a dangerously attractive fallen angel with a sarcastic mouth and absolutely terrible people skills. But fate- and her deceased grandfather- have other plans. When a mysterious book puts Nora in the path of a sinister darkness, her peaceful existence comes crashing down. Suddenly, she's running for her life, questioning everything she thought she knew, and relying on her best friend and an infuriatingly handsome Guardian to survive. Kegan has spent centuries searching for redemption. Falling for the woman he's sworn to protect was never part of the plan. Cast out of Heaven and burdened by betrayal, Kegan has one chance to earn his freedom: keep Nora alive and the book out of the wrong hands. Simple enough. Except Nora is stubborn, captivating, and entirely too tempting. Every sharp exchange fuels an attraction neither can ignore. Every stolen moment threatens the rules Kegan is desperate to obey. The closer danger creeps, the harder it becomes to keep his distance. Nora refuses to be anyone's helpless damsel. Kegan refuses to fail another mission. But when forbidden desire becomes impossible to resist, they'll have to decide how much they're willing to sacrifice for a love neither saw coming. He was searching for redemption. He never expected to find temptation in her arms. Redemption is Book 1 in the Fallen Guardians series, featuring a strong-willed heroine, a sarcastic fallen angel, forbidden love, soulmate chemistry, supernatural danger, and plenty of heat.
