Searching for Babbo

This audiobook is narrated by an AI Voice. Sweet Pea, the youngest mouse in her family of five, faces the biggest challenge of her life. Her father, Babbo, has unexpectedly disappeared at the worst time, just as they are starting crucial chores to stock their storage bins for the winter. She must break through her family's grief. She must overcome her mother's attempts to confine her to their garden. She must venture into an unknown world on her own. And, with no clues, she must try to find and rescue her dad, if he remains alive. After one battle after another against multiple predators, Sweet Pea joins forces with a young mouse named Willow who has escaped from his own captivity. With their survival at stake, she teaches Willow how she has learned to fly with her home-made cape; and together, they utilize that skill, along with their fast banter and quick thinking, to uncover her father’s mysterious past and the possible site of his unexpected capture. In this first book of a series, Sweet Pea must do much more than simply rescue her dad. She must establish a partnership with Willow, track down the renowned Champagne Legend, and confront an unexpected adversary. With these life-threatening journeys, she must start the training to prepare herself for a world beyond her comprehension and a future unlike anything she could have possibly imagined.
