Soulgate

Life is difficult for seventeen-year-old Deacon Forter. He has no friends and no family. In fact, he's not even human anymore. Deacon is a soulgate; a hunter employed by the Devil himself. Although, it's not all bad considering the incredible powers he was given to complete his duties. While forever dealing with the tragic loss of his family, strange new abilities and an extra-vigilant police force, Deacon considers himself happy with nocturnal isolation. It's only when he comes across a beautiful and mysterious stranger that Deacon begins to realise he's a part of something much, much bigger. He's a part of the end of the world as we know it.
