Louise Kennedy

Louise Kennedy è cresciuta nella contea di Down, in Irlanda. Prima di cominciare a scrivere ha lavorato per trent’anni come cuoca. I suoi racconti sono stati pubblicati su molte riviste tra cui «The Stinging Fly», «The Tangerine», «The Lonely Crowd» e «Banshee». Il suo primo romanzo, Certi sconfinamenti (Bollati Boringhieri, 2022), è stato nominato dall’«Observer» Miglior esordio dell’anno, ha vinto l’An Post Irish Book Awards Novel of the Year 2022, ed è stato finalista come romanzo d’esordio per il British Book of the Year, il Waterstones Prize e il Women’s Prize for Fiction 2023.
