Top investigative journalist, Pat Traymore, is in Washington finding out everything she can about Abigail Jennings, the ambitious but highly secretive Senator tipped to be the first woman Vice-President. But Pat has another, deeply personal reason for being in Washington. As a child she suffered a horrifying experience which left her badly hurt and both her parents dead.
