The Return of the Lost Prince

A mighty king longs for one thing above all else—a son to inherit his throne. When a wise babalawo prepares a magical pot of stew meant to help the king's wives bear children, jealousy and betrayal begin to grow inside the palace walls. A sacred prophecy reveals that the true heir lives in the forest. When the young man returns to the village, the people are amazed by his noble presence—but the greatest mystery remains: Who is his real mother? To uncover the truth, every woman in the village is asked to cook a pot of stew. Rich women prepare grand meals filled with spices and meat, while the poor outcast mother can only afford simple forest vegetables. Yet when the young man tastes her humble stew, memories deep inside him awaken. Filled with emotion, he finally discovers the truth about his past.
